Paul Mason6: Fish oils have all been found to be oxidized! Get your omega 3’s from fresh foods.

Dr Mason, continuing his conversation with BNS, shares new research on fish oil…that it is all oxidized. All fish oil types were found to be oxidized beyond the level of effectiveness. Vegetable oils, seed oils, of course, are also oxidized and there for deleterious to our health. So, Dr Mason recommends getting our omega 3 fatty acids from fresh foods, such as, salmon and beef.
