Paul Mason3: Vegetable (seed) oils are extremely dangerous to your health

Dr Mason, continuing his conversation with BNS, describes how vegetable oils (seed oils), while promoted as healthy, since they chemically have bonds that are easily and rapidly oxidized, are metabolically unhealthy. Those with type 2 diabetes are especially vulnerable to the oxidation products that flood from the liver to all parts of the body when these fats are consumed.
Animal fats and coconut oils are the healthy alternative.
