Take your time; move slowly…
-don’t think about the dumbbells
-think about
-how you’re moving shoulders
-how you’re contracting muscles
At top: hard to hold it
-important that you DO HOLD IT
-avoid the bottom

Doing any intense resistance…
-the harder you train
-more muscles burn
-more tempting it is stop & rest
DON’T DO THAT
