-when already so overweight
-already burning calories while sitting

Practically, must start on diet side first
-once a little bit of weight reduced…
-then have more ENERGY to exercise
“Slowly, smoothly lose some weight;
start some exercise [modest effort]…
Long term, keep exercising at high
level, or will regain weight”
