Dr Paul Mason 3 of 4: Reduce Omega 6 while increasing Omega 3 to get full health benefits
Saturated fats from animal foods have no deleterious effects on our health. As saturated fat intake goes up, our lifespan increases. In general, reducing omega 6 fatty acids while increasing omega 3 will provide optimum health benefits.
**Note on fish oil: In a more recent interview (see Part 4 of this set), Dr Mason says that fish oil supplements are not as effective as fish oil from wild fish.
