Dr Gabrielle Lyon: Everything centers around muscle!

Dr Lyon, in interviews with Dr Paul Saladino & Michael Mutzel, of High Intensity Health, explains the importance of muscle in helping us live a long and healthy life. The amount of amino acid in our muscle reservoir is like a life force monitor–as it slips away, we get closer to dying! Protein from animal sources is the original superfood–far superior to plant protein. We need to encourage those we love who are aging to ensure they get two boluses of animal protein per day to keep their amino acids fully productive.
