Dr Bikman continues his discussion with Dr Shawn Baker on Meatrx’s Youtube podcast. Carnitine, critical for getting fat into the mitochondria for burning, can become deficient for vegetarian keto dieters since they won’t get it from meat. They may need to supplement. For steak eaters, carnitine from the beef should be plenty.
