Question: what is ideal fasting window?
-one marker: presence of ketones
-they are marker for fat-burning
-when ketones rise in blood;
so does autophagy
-there is evidence of this,
but it is not conclusive
Eating typical American diet?
-at16 hours begin ketosis
-so: fast 18 hours; eat 6 hours works
-coupled with low carb is BEST
