`loose in frying pan
`sautéd cooks faster
`add to boiling water
`boil 8 minutes
[season beef anyway you like] `put eggs in ice water

-mix together
-may store it in container
-eat chilled or room temp
ground beef patties
-season to taste
-cook each side 3-4 minutes
on medium temp
