-normal to have indigestion when
starting carnivore diet?
-abstain from supplements?
Dr Chaffee:
Do not stop taking diabetes meds
until indications are improving…then
talk with your doctor
-important to have doctor involved

indigestion & diarrhea can happen for
a number of reasons…
-if only eating fatty meat & water
-perhaps eating more fat than body
can absorb at the moment
[our capacity to absorb may go up
as we trigger more bile] Most common reason people experience
these is they are still eating other things
than meat and water:
coffee & tea–both are laxatives
artificial sweeteners are also laxatives

If only eating meat / drinking water…
-may be rendered fat!
-adding butter [melted]; tallow
-dairy can be problematic
Rendered fat can go through quickly
Cellular fat in animal tissue causes
SLOW RELEASE
